Yin and Yang
In Chinese philosophy:
Wu Ji is the origin of the universe, the infinite, undifferentiated state before the creation of all things.
From Wu Ji emerges Tai Chi, the first form of movement and differentiation. Tai Chi gives rise to the Two Forces, known as Yin and Yang.
Yin and Yang:
Yin represents qualities such as soft, still, inward, dark, and cool.
Yang represents qualities such as firm, active, outward, bright, and warm.
Yin and Yang are opposite yet complementary. They depend on each other and constantly transform, creating the cycles and harmony observed in nature and life.
Wu Ji is the ultimate source, Tai Chi is the first differentiation, and Yin-Yang are the dual forces that shape the universe. Together, they explain the origin, structure, and dynamic balance of all things.
